En guise de condition pr\u00e9alable, un espace s\u00fbr a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert (centre communautaire) o\u00f9 des cours et des ateliers, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et des r\u00e9unions peuvent \u00eatre organis\u00e9s, et o\u00f9 il est possible d\u2019assurer solidarit\u00e9 mutuelle, organisation et alliances strat\u00e9giques. Ce sont des espaces de paix, de multiculturalit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9changes interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnels fond\u00e9s sur le respect mutuel. Leurs principaux acteurs sont les enfants, les jeunes et les adultes d\u2019origine autochtone et m\u00e9tisse qui apprennent \u00e0 devenir autonomes en acqu\u00e9rant de nouveaux outils et des comp\u00e9tences utiles pour acqu\u00e9rir une meilleure autonomie, mais s\u2019engagent \u00e9galement dans de nouvelles relations, r\u00e9seaux et alliances.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;initiative am\u00e9liorera les services offerts et soutiendra l&#8217;embauche de nouveaux \u00e9ducateurs salari\u00e9s qui accompagneront les participants dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de leurs comp\u00e9tences en communication et de leurs connaissances de base de la langue espagnole, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, mais aussi de sujets plus complexes favorisant l&rsquo;analyse critique et la r\u00e9flexion. Parmi les r\u00e9sultats cruciaux attendus, l\u2019estime de soi et l\u2019autonomisation de tous les participants devraient cro\u00eetre et les relations intrafamiliales s\u2019am\u00e9liorer, de
